"Come equipped with any essential, like a sponge or soap because they don't have that there. The advertised free coffee in the lobby but that did not exist. We also had to go ask for enough towels multiple times during our stay. The on-site restaurant was closed the entire time we were there because of occupancy. So that was a huge bummer given that was one reason we booked this one. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the easy Beach access. The price is good, and the parking is easy. "

We also love the option of having both indoor and outdoor pools for our kids to play in if we don’t feel like getting sandy on the beach or if the weather is not ideal. This is the best hotel and our family will never stay anywhere else at Carolina Beach or Wilmington!"

"The bed in the room was not clean, we were out late came in to go to bed and had to sleep on the top comforter. It was 2am and I had a 4 hour drive in the morning. This was discussing, urine in the bed. Told them when we left and said we will get maintenance on it. That’s all that was said. Not happy, will never return to that Hotel ever again"
