Boothbay Open Plan 1- Bedroom Apt. Woods & Water. Southport.

  • Located on Southport Island, we are near the water, and adjacent to Capitol Island. This detached garage apartment is spacious and great for couples or solo adventurers.

    This is an open plan apartment with kitchen, dining and living spaces connected. There is a private bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed. We have a sofa and also a modern sofa bed/futon as well as an air mattress. We recommend that the additional sleeping accommodations be used for children or short term guests. We also have a pack-n-play crib available to renters.
