Southport Waterfront

Be part of a unique small town. Live oaks, historic homes, shopping, restaurants, all contribute to the uniqueness of Southport NC. But what really sets it apart is that all roads seem to lead to water and that's where you will be. Fireworks on the 4th, Stede Bonnet Regatta,and the U.S. King mackerel Open, are examples of what can be viewed from the deck.

One king size bed with private bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom, provide sleeping for four. Fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, and open floor plan lead to living easy.

Cook dinner and watch the boats go by from the deck or take a short 30 second walk to the marina. Several great restaurants can be found via a beautiful 3 or 4 minute walk down the waterway. These include the Yacht Basin Provision Company as well as Fishy Fishy Café – Restaurant & Bar. Both of these restaurants have great seafood and you dine right on the dock with the water just below. For a cocktail, head to the end of the dock and the Old American Fish Company which occasionally has live misuc and watch the boaters watching you. All of these places are less than five minutes walk from the condo.

Incredible location that’s quiet but walkable everywhere. Elevator to the second floor makes it easy to haul suitcases and groceries. Loved the view from the generous deck and living room. Responsive host acted quickly when we had a minor appliance malfunction.

perfect location! close to downtown

Lovely condo, walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping! large porch with beautiful views overlooking marina. Condo was so clean and comfortable, nicely furnished! Hosts were very easy to work with and kept in touch. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Great jumping off point!

The condo was immaculate and the views were gorgeous. We loved staying here and this property allowed us to do everything we wanted in Southport and it was a great jumping off point to other parts of the NC coast. We couldn’t ask for more and the host was amazing to deal with.

Quaint Condo with Marina/Bay Views

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious two-bedroom condo on the second floor. We enjoyed many hours on the rocking chairs on porch facing the water. Beautiful views! In addition, they location was perfect for exploring the town on the golf cart we rented. Fun shops, good food and live music were all found in Southport.

Perfect Southport experience

This was our fourth time in Southport and this place has become our favorite. The unit had everything we needed and felt like home. The deck was wonderful place to relax and watch the boats. And it is so close to downtown. Will definitely be back

Wonderful condo

The condo is in an excellent location overlooking the water and downtown Southport. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and along the waterfront. The condo is beautiful and the owner is very easy to communicate with about check-in and check-out. Always a great trip.

Spring Break Trip

This condo is just perfect. It is so spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The time spent on the deck was just what we needed. The view is incredible! The host was wonderful to work with, making great suggestions for dining! We have found a new happy place in Southport.
