Sit on the deck and count the boats as they travel by on the Intercoastal Waterway! This south facing penthouse condo overlooks the Marina at South Harbor with both sunrise and sunset views. Perfect for the couple looking to get away in style for a week or long weekend, or longer! This unit was formerly one of the suites at a bed and breakfast. THE CONDO IS NOT PART OF AN INN OR HOTEL. IT IS AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED UNIT. This unit has a ground floor entrance with interior staircase up to the second floor. End unit for more privacy. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. VERY CLEAN.

Close to everything you want to do at the beach! Public beach access is just a short drive (< 4 miles) or bike ride over the bridge. Other attractions:

It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for a few nights. We could walk to a couple of restaurants and close to downtown Southport. Having coffee overlooking the Marina was beautiful. It’s clean and updated!

Perfect spot!

We loved everything about this property! It was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful view and free live music from Rusty’s! We would sit out overlooking the marina and be able to hear the music in the evening. We also loved that it was about 10 minutes from Southport, Oak Island, and St James. This will be our spot every year until we are there full time!

We enjoyed our stay and could not ask for a better view! Such a quaint place and the owner’s scenic photos added such a personal touch. My only suggestion would be to include a couple of beach chairs:) We hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful place

Place is right on the harbor which is really beautiful....big king size bed and place is beautifully furnished...quiet...we had a few adjustments to make (internet, front door battery) the owners were very responsive to our needs....we had no hot water in the sink in the main bath...a bit frustrating...and there were no instructions on how to watch tv in the bedroom,,,it was too late to call the owners and we couldn't figure it out....otherwise, very lovely stay...front balcony is a beautiful place to sit on the water but it was a bit too cold for us....
