Water view condo overlooking Marina, with private deck

Drop your keys on Boddington the Butler's tray (!), and head to the deck to unwind in comfort while you enjoy the view of pretty South Harbor Marina, ( managed by Safe Harbor, you may contact them for information on slip rental, and help with trailer storage).

The beaches of Oak Island are just a short drive over the ICW. (3.2 miles to Oak Island Pier). Par 3 Golf is available less than a mile away, and Oak Island Golf is just 3 miles, by Caswell Beach.

There are many area restaurants, but the condo is located next door to the very highly rated restaurant, Joseph's Italian Bistro. Rusty Hooks Dockside Grill is a 2 minute stroll, with sunset views from their expanded deck and Tiki Bar.
A 6 mile drive takes you to historic downtown Southport, where you can amble through the many Boutiques & Antique Shops, Southport Market, Bakeries, Craft Beer and Wine Bars. Visit the Maritime Museum, or lounge in a swing chair on the lawn while watching the Cape Fear River boat traffic. Take a sunset cruise...highly recommended, and maybe a Ghost Tour in Southport!
If you are a thrill seeker, you might be tempted to try a skydive experience, which is available 5 minutes away. Rental options for boats, bikes and kayaks are also nearby.

The Perfect Getaway Spot

Back Porch Breezes FTW!!

We had a delightful stay and the host was very thoughtful! We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the lovely breeze coming off the water. So peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean and there were two restaurants within an easy stroll. Both with water views! Will definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Southport.

Absolutely perfect for the two of us. Loved being on the Marina. Loved the nautical motif . Emma provided everything we needed for a great stay!! Would absolutely stay there again!One draw back for us. Not a real biggie, but trying to find parking was not easy after day at the beach .

Didn’t want to leave

We had a wonderful time. The host is very kind and responsive. Condo is clean and cozy. Get the tiramisu at Joseph’s next door, and apps and drinks at Rusty Hook. The highlight was getting to watch July 4 fireworks from the marina without having to fight crowds or traffic. Hope to come back soon!

Great Anniversary Celebration Spot

Enjoyed beautiful place and view! Close to a fabulous restaurant. (Joseph's) also enjoyed short trip to downtown Southport for museums and shopping. Favorite dining in Southport was Mr. P's!

Tranquil Weekend Get Away

Second time renting this little oasis. Every detail is thought of here and we made a great choice to return. You can’t beat a weekend for 2 sitting on the marina and watching the boats, water and birds. Little walk to the Rusty Hooks for fantastic drinks and eats. Joseph’s was a great anniversary dinner next door. Starting and ending the day on the marina is a treat!

Southport, lovely location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The marina location was charming and interesting. We loved watching the boats come and go. Gemma was the perfect hostess, communicative and helpful. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. We loved Joseph's Italian Bistro next door and would highly recommend to all future guests. We would definitely choose this location again!

My second visit was just as lovely as my first. Gemma is a superb host! From the comfy condo to the fabulous view it is my favorite condo. The proximity to my favorite beach (Caswell) and two wonderful restaurants you can walk to make it a place I’ll return to again and again!!

Stay at the Marina without a Boat!

It was so welcoming, clean, cozy, and the pictures were accurate. The host was responsive, generous and ready to please. The restaurant next door could have been vdidn't ery rowdy, but the food is so good, the customers really have a chance to get too loud too often. Taste their food and you'll see why! Highly recommended by the locals. Loved the view of the Marina. I felt safe, slept great, was very comfortable. Next time I hope to come with the boat if I get one!

Long weekend sisters trip

This lovely condo is so tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and well appointed. It’s obvious that the hostess, Gemma, enjoys making sure her guests have a comfortable and unique experience, down to the smallest details. From shopping in historic Southport to the beaches in Oak Island, there’s no shortage of activities to please everyone.

Perfect in every way!

Gemma’s place is adorable with perfect views. The decor is super cute and cozy. The front patio has ample comfy seating. Location is in close proximity to anything you need or want to do. There are 2 restaurants on site, one right next door and one just a few steps away. This one is on my list for future stays!!!

Gemma’s place was perfect for a weekend beach getaway! Super close to downtown Southport and Oak Island - a great location to stay for anyone who wants some variety. Plus the view of the marina from the deck was so pretty; we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We also ate at Joseph’s and Rusty Hooks - great food at both! The property was exceptionally clean and Gemma thought of everything, from a sweet welcome basket to extra bath towels to beach towels. It was also very well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!
