Waterfront #3 King/Studio 1BR- Waterfront Downtown Southport-NO HIDDEN FEES

This is the coolest place in town to sit on deck and watch it all! First Floor Unit with steps to your private deck as well as an elevator. Two lighthouse view from deck (Bald Head Island and Caswell Beach). Steps away from Southport Marina boat ramp and docks. Everything is included - linens- towels- paper products. All you have to do is walk in and relax! No hidden or cleaning fees it's all included in the price.

Unit #3 features a king size bed, bathroom with step in tile shower, living area with 55" smart TV, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, sink, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. A private deck with a great view of the water and the activity at the Southport Marina.

Unit is located in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stroll along the yacht basin to see the shrimp boats and have a cocktail or dinner at Fishy Fishy Cafe or Provision Company. Walk downtown and enjoy the shops, or visit the city pier and do some fishing. The salt MarshWalk is located directly across from the condo with a gazebo over the water for great views.

Two 2022 Beach Cruisers included with your rental. You can ride around town, walk or just just sit back and relax. Local Owner/Operator. Every Comforter and all linens are washed between every rental - No Exceptions! Elevator in complex if needed.

Great Getaway

The property was just as advertised. Very clean and great communication with the owner. We enjoyed our visit to Southport. This property is walking distance to several popular restaurants and there are even two nice little docks to walk over the marsh right on the street adjacent to the property. Highly recommend!

Anniversary Trip

This was our second time staying at Marine Watch and it did not disappoint. The unit was clean, the owner was easy to contact if needed and we were within walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the two balconies and watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay.

This little place was so cute and comfortable. (The bed was super comfortable.) Close to town. We would definitely stay here again. We ate at many different places but our favorite was Loco Jo's bar and grill. The owner Nikki was so friendly and was a drink maker master. The food was fresh and very good. We went there 3 times and it was 5 stars each time.

Girls getaway

A wonderful location! We loved watching all the fisherman coming in and out of the harbor! Easy walk to the restaurants. Great place to just hang out on the porch and take in the view. I will be back!

Perfect getaway!

We walked into a beautiful studio apartment with a nice view of the marina. Quaint little front and side deck area. Perfect walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Property manager was very nice and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be returning.

A perfect getaway in Southport

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this unit, and it’s perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable and a great location with a great view. We like to walk and most everything is within walking distance.

Great little getaway with lots of charm.

Loved the property. Bed, recliner, small sofa and harbor view porch area were cozy and so comfortable. The 2 bikes on porch would have been perfect for touring the community; however, I had a broken arm, so we walked ( weather permitting) or drove a few blocks to shop and dine.
