"Had a wonderful weekend get away with college roommates. Joan was great from beginning to end. She reached out to us when the power went down (there was a fire at an local factory and the city took down the power for safety reasons) to make sure we were okay and answered all our questions. And the house was perfect. So close to town, the river and boats AND the beach! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The house was exactly as described and fit the needs of our family’s trip perfectly. We had 8 adults and 3 young children. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have space. The owner, Kevin, has thought of everything people would need to have a great experience at a home away from home. The best example of Kevin’s communication and assistance came through a power outage that affected the city of South Haven one evening. Kevin called to check in on us and unprompted, brought over bags of ice with an extra cooler, extra blankets in case it got chilly over night, and batteries for portable lights he already had at the house. The power ended up only being out for five hours but it provided our family an “unplugged” evening of playing card games on the screened in porch and sitting by the fire pit. We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s house and would highly recommend it for any family looking for a flexible vacation with the ability to walk to local restaurants, shops, and the beach as well as stay in and grill while using a private heated pool."
