"The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had, and always welcomed me when I came in, and acknowledged me. They made sure I had everything I needed, and even called ahead of time to see if there was anything they could do to accommodate me. I would recommend them again, and next time I come to Jackson I will stay there. "

"The A/C unit was very noisy at night, the carpet behind/under the headboards was filthy with dust bunnies and plastic paper, the bathroom faucet leaked on the counter top "

"We didn't have to adjust the temp. It was very comfy. We did wash clothes and very happy we didn't need a pocket full of quarters. We did need plates as well. The front desk gave us a room with everything. Very happy. "
