This unit is on the 5th floor and is in a building that does not have an elevator. You will need to climb stairs to access this unit.

Please note that this building was built in 1920 and has limited insulation causing noise to sometimes pass easily through the units. The roadway next to the building is Maine State Route 102 that has traffic passing through at all hours. The entire building observes a quiet time between 10:00PM-8:00AM which includes running your laundry as to not disturb the neighbors.

Bright and airy condo on the top floor with sweeping views off the deck- just a short drive from Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. We visited in April before the season really kicks off, so many shops and restaurants were on limited seasonal hours or not yet open, but the location was so peaceful, the space was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, and the host was extremely responsive when we couldn’t get the showers hot and he had a technician out to take care of it within a few hours while we explored the park 2 moms with our almost-grown high school senior children had a terrific stay, made wonderful memories, and would definitely recommend..

The condo was so cute! The kitchen was well stocked but we did not really cook much during this visit. The beds were comfy. The view was outstanding and I love how close we were to the shops and restaurants, literally a 3 minute walk. We would absolutely stay there again!

The property was new, well decorated and very clean. It is a walk up as they say, but not a bad climb. And it’s nice having parking right outside the door. And it’s an easy walk right into Southwest harbor for shops and restaurants. Owners responded very quickly to our questions. Would stay again.

Nicely decorated and clean top floor apartment, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have a/c in the bedrooms, but the arctic breeze fans worked ok and we had a nice breeze thru the window. Great location, with local restaurants and shops down the street, and Bar Harbor only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and considerate and this was the easiest checkout we've ever had. We would definitely stay here ahain!

We were impressed with the little things that were included, like coffee, Pam spray, salt/pepper and laundry detergent. Having a place to put groceries other than the top of the refrigerator and countertops, would be a consideration for improvement. The quick walk into the quiet town provided a wonderful location. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Recently renovated Condo. Stayed with my husband and 18 and 20 year old sons. You do have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to but it’s worth it for the high wooden ceilings that are beautiful. The view was nice but unfortunately we had foggy weather the 2 days we were there. Not too far from Acadia National Park or Bar Harbor. About a 20 minute drive. The Next Level sports bar across the street was convenient. The condo is in a quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. I did feel a little self conscious of the quiet time rule from 10 pm to 8 am since we were on the top floor. Not sure if a family with rambunctious kids would want to stay there but perfect if kids are calm and not running around in the house.
