"While the staff members we interacted with were pleasant and professional, the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and communication at this property did not meet expectations. When we arrived to our room, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder installed, and the toilet paper roll was simply sitting on the counter. Several of the towels in the room also appeared stained, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. Another major disappointment was the pool being closed during our stay with no notice posted online or communicated ahead of time. This was something we were looking forward to using, so it was frustrating to find out only after arriving. On top of that, the room stayed uncomfortably hot because the window AC unit did not cool properly, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. Again, the staff were kind during our interactions, and I appreciate their professionalism, but overall the condition of the hotel and lack of communication left us disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this location again."

"Overall fantastic stay! The location is close to the airport and a 5 minute walk from the train. The breakfast had plenty of options, just wished it stayed open later. One of your rooms had a stain on the sheets bur other than that everything was very clean."

"I stayed at Room 866 for 2 nights. And it was a nightmare. They gave me one of the rooms that the AC is not working properly. They sent an engineer to adjust but then its still not getting cold enough. They gave me a fan but ta not comfortable to use and blowing all the dust in the room. I couldn’t sleep at all and i keep sneezing and then next day i felt so sick. Talked to the frontdesk the next morning. And instead of apologizing SHE kept reasoning out that they have centralized AC which i understand. I requested to be moved but still she just kept reasoning out. Talked to some people in the elevator and they said their AC in their rooms are just fine. When j got back from worm at night the 2nd day a lof ot customers were complaining as well in the lobby with the same issues. But instead of moving them like i requested they never gave appropriate resolution. And one them is right, they should have indicated that they are having issues with issue for some rooms. Or might as well not assign those rooms that have issues. So hoping that the future guests are reading this so they aware coz obviously the hotel is not having it on their profile."

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver

"I’ve stayed at a Hyatt Centric in downtown Boston last Summer. So it was an easy decision when the downtown Denver Hyatt Centric came up on my travel app. The price in Denver was considerably less than in Boston. So it was a great opportunity to enjoy Hyatt Centric’s vibe again. The hotel’s entry facade is very modern, clean and elegant. As an architect I appreciate the attention to detail and atmosphere. The shower had a nonslip floor… I have slipped in many hotel tubs and showers. The black and white color palette in the bathroom. I loved the edge lit mirror with the LED clock bottom right… At night, the mirror seemed to know when I entered the dark bathroom, and brighten slightly still showing the time. The linens and towels were super. Plush white towels made drying off a pleasure. I would recommend this Denver hotel and the Hyatt Centric Hotels which ever city you’re visiting. DML"

"This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas. Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice. We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent. Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas. Overall great experience.,"
