"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait a bit to check in because there was only one person at the front desk, and many people were trying to check in. A great variety of breakfast foods. There is no elevator, so be aware that you will have to lug your luggage up one flight of stairs; it isn't terrible. Overall, great experience, and I will come back."

"From arrival to departure we were impressed. The property/ building was beautiful and very well maintained. Check-in was simple, the staff as genuinely friendly and welcoming. Hudson's bar was gorgeous and, again, the staff were freindly and engaging. No less, the restaurant food and service were a hit with us. "

"1st of all there was no hot water in your room to take a shower it was all cold i stayed there for 3 days i called the front desk they said they would look into it never got fixed 2ed they charge you 25 dollars a day to park At their establishment, when you're already staying in renting a room, I think that is ridiculous. the un Limited, soda is not really unlimited. You have to hit the soda machine with your key QR Code, and then you only have less than 20 seconds to fill it up and then it shuts off and then you have 7 minutes before you can get more soda so if the machine gets low on your flavor of soda, you have to wait until another 7 minutes to get soda.you spend a lot of money to stay there and they find more ways get more money out of you I believe that's ridiculous. Don't think I'll be going back."

"The views are fantastic. However, the staff left something to be desired. It took an hour and 20 minutes to check in, I got sent to multiple rooms and none of the keys worked and finally had to wait for a maintenance guy with a master key to let me in and then wait in my room for another hour for a maintenance guy to come and finally get me a working key and my fireplace wasn’t working having paid extra for a room with a fireplace. So that required a different maintenance engineer visit to get that going. You’ve gotta walk a long way with your luggage from the parking area up and down a hill with minimal lighting in the middle of the night to get to the lodge with no signs. Even during the daytime, nobody offers to help help you with your bags or provide any help or service without you seeking it out. The spa was great though, clean, good massage, great hot tub and sauna. "
