"Our bathroom sink was very sluggish. I reported it and within an hour maintenance was there and fixed it. We were impressed. I was however surprised that housekeeping never came to make our bed or replace our bath towels. Other than that we were still pleased with our stay at Bally's and impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. We will be back when we visit our son"
