"Basic stay but very clean and great place to stay"

"There were only a few reviews, but one said " linens were clean." This is certainly what I found - while this is described as a no-frills hotel (which it is), it certainly fits the bill for price, cleanliness and comfort (and it does have a few amenities). Assiniboia and area has many historical and natural attractions, such as the Shurniak Art Gallery and St. Victor Petroglyphs Park (a half-hour south), both must-see destinations."

"Room was super clean and check in process was easy. The rooms were very quiet and you didn’t hear your neighbor, which is very nice. Was a great place to stay for the price!"

"Friendly staff to greet on checking in. Room had an overwhelming scent of cologne or perfume when I checked in. Left the door open to try to air it out. After an hour or so, had to try to get some sleep - scent was still strong. Room was cold so turned up the thermostat - no affect, heater did not respond. Room in poor repair, needs refurbishing. Bathtub was stained. Woke up early to shower and get back on the road but no soap in the shower so I just left. "
