"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Premium Price! I paid a premium rate for my stay at the Best Western Annapolis, expecting a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave me a hard time about the breakfast for two that I had clearly prepaid through Hotels.com. It was listed on both my confirmation email and receipt, but it didn’t show in their system. They made me wait up to 30 minutes and insisted I email the hotel group a copy of my receipt before finally issuing a breakfast voucher once I returned to my room. The room itself was basic at best. The lighting was poor, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there were no napkins in the basket, and the shower had no shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. Overall, it felt like a standard budget stay rather than the upgraded experience I anticipated for the price. Service and attention to detail were lacking throughout. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a true premium or comfortable stay."

"This property’s location cannot be beaten. Easy walks to historic Annapolis and across the bridge to Eastport. The house is charming with a wonderful screened in porch and cute backyard. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was perfect. I highly recommend this property. "
