Great quality hotel close to Spa.

We had a great stay here. Needed somewhere close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (spotted some team personnel at breakfast!), with separate beds for us travelling as father and child. Easy to find, park, magnificent view, good breakfast options, friendly staff, no complaints!

Ideally located on top of a hill near Spa, this is my little retreat away from the heat, pollution, dirt and noise of Brussels. Staff are very friendly and helpful (thank you Philippe!). My room was very spacious, recently renovated, with a large balcony. Highly recommended.

Improved beyond belief - great hotel now

Stayed here last September & wasn't impressed. The place has been transformed. Really good now. Great service from a very small service team. Food is excellent. Rooms outstanding. They've put a lot of work in & now have a top, top hotel

Old and uncomfortable.

The drain in the shower was clocked. We asked several times to get it fixed. Nothing happened. Pillows like a brick. Impossible to have any kind of comfort. Also asked several times for other pillows. They knew they were bad and an issue, but the hotel only had 5 extra pillows (good ones).

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war perfekt, die Größe und Sauberkeit auch. Betten sehr bequem. Aber es gab auch einiges zu bemängeln...der Abflussstöpsel ließ sich nicht öffnen, also lief kein wasser ab und der hausmeister musste kommen, unser Zimmer wurde 2x vergeben, sodass ca. 20 min. nach unserer Ankunft die Tür aufging und Leute ihr Zimmer beziehen wollten !!! Ist mir noch nie passiert! Es gibt keine steckdosen am Bett. Der Barbereich war so kalt und ungemütlich, es lief keine Musik, also dort will man sich gar nicht aufhalten, leider. Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch sehr begrenzt. Einen abend den letzten parkplatz auf seitl. Weg bekommen. Leider war kein wenden, oder rundfahren möglich, sodass man nur wieder rückwärts den schmalen Weg fahren musste und direkt auf der viel befahrenen Straße (man darf dort 70 fahren) rauskam.

Für den Preis, der pro Nacht verlangt wird hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet lagen verschimmelte Weintrauben. Im Pool ist der Schwarzschimmel bereits stark sichtbar. Ich war 30 Minuten vor Checkin da. In anderen Hotels klappt das problemlos, hier nicht. Ich musste warten. Für das Geld hätte ich mehr erwartet, in meinen Augen ein gewöhnliches Hotel, das keine Sterne verdient hat.
