Sunset Maple Cabin is a spacious, family-friendly retreat set on over 2 acres in Cook Forest, featuring a large open field behind the cabin—perfect for kids to run and play. With plenty of outdoor space and a peaceful wooded setting, it’s an ideal spot for both relaxation and family time.

Inside, the cabin offers a comfortable living and dining area with a large stone wood-burning fireplace and cozy, woodsy furnishings. Auxiliary gas heat provides additional comfort during cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and single-serve Keurig, along with all cookware, dishes, and utensils needed for your stay. A full bathroom with a shower is included, and guests should bring their own bath towels.

Sunset Maple accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes one queen bed and two twin beds—making it a great option for families or mixed groups. Bed linens are provided.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private picnic area complete with a fire ring, picnic table, lawn furniture, charcoal grill, and a gazebo with a swing. The combination of open space and wooded surroundings makes this cabin especially enjoyable for both kids and adults, with opportunities to relax, play, and watch local wildlife.
