"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues: 1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift. 2) The water pressure of the shower is terrible, I need to hold the shower head above my head coz the water can not reach to 4 inches far. "

"Happy, friendly staff. Nice room, 17th floor room, spacious, nice views. Great central location. Walk or tram easily anywhere in CBD. Getting there, Skybus airport to Southern Cross station, free tram 86 along Bourke St to Russell St, walked through 2 allies, came out next to hotel. Really convenient. Excellent choice for Melbourne stay."

"Price was excellent but room servicing left a lot to be desired. First two days out of six a pass but forget the rest of the days, we had to ask for things like towels etc…even toilet paper. Bed not made and had to use our coffee cups three days in a row without clean ones. Floor was not vacuumed once etc etc. Will not stay there again."
