"The property is fun with lots of space. I do think there should be something in the property description about frequent power outages and water outages. The power outages were short, the water outages were much longer with one lasting all day and overnight. There is a cistern that can be turned on, but the water in it was quite dirty. We went to town and bought bottled water.However, we still had a great time!"

"Amazing trip in an amazing house! We boated from Ft Lauderdale and Palm Beach for a week of Green Turtle and Abaco adventure. We had two boats and seven people in the house, and were able to host a few dinners for 15 with plenty of space leftover (some friends had rented another house nearby). The a/c’s kept us very comfortable, the two fridges kept our drinks cold, and the entire place was awesome! The location of the dock couldn’t have been better!!"

"Paradise Beach House is one of the best rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Factoring in location and the beach and reef mere steps and paddles from the house, I’d say this was the best tropical vacation we’ve ever had!Upon arrival our first day, we jumped right into the ocean to snorkel, and it was absolutely gorgeous down there – so many colorful fish and other sea wildlife. It was our favorite off-the-shore snorkeling site at GTC, and how convenient to have it in your “backyard.” Before reaching the reef, there’s a nice, soft sand area for those that just want to take a dip. My family loved the house, beach and pool so much, our routine turned into playing around the Cay for half the day, and then just hanging out at the house to snorkel and relax at the pool in the afternoon. The back patio and deck were a perfect spot to read and take in the view. And the interior of the house was beautiful – it looks newly built. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home, with some amazing views for the cook. :)We love Green Turtle Cay’s charm, and we definitely plan to book another stay at Paradise Beach House – hopefully next summer!"
