  • Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom basement in Spanish Fork. The charming space features two queen beds and two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy a cozy living and dining room with extra comfy furniture, a 55" 4k smart TV, lots of natural light, a beautiful fenced backyard (shared with upstairs guests) with a patio and swingset, a well-equipped kitchen, and easy driveway and street parking. The location is exceptional, in a very peaceful neighborhood with amazing proximity to I-15, the Spanish Fork River trail (access is only 4 houses away!), the SF Sports Park, the new SF Rec Center (check out their huge water slides!), other parks, and much more!
