Sailbeach is located on St. Georges Cay in the community called Spanish Wells, walking distance to everything. It is one of the cleanest safest islands in all of the Bahamas. The house is located in the center of a beautiful natural white sandy beach. The fabulous turquoise waters can be enjoyed from the panoramic view in the main living area. Guests can enjoy the large upper deck, reclining on lounge chairs, with unobstructed view of the Bahamian gin clear waters. Your stay includes: High speed wireless Internet, cable television, beach cruiser bicycles, kayaks, stand up paddle boards; central air conditioning, large fully equipped kitchen with island and granite tops, laundry room; linens, bath towels and beach towels.

Beautiful place to stay on a beautiful laid-back island

We fully enjoyed our stay at Sail Beach. The house is beautiful and is perfectly situated to be able to watch the tides rise and fall each day. We enjoyed cruising the island in the buggy, especially to get ice cream at Papa Scoops. Mark is the perfect host. We will be back!

Have been wanting to stay in this house for years and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The place is immaculate and looks brand new. The location is amazing and have some of the best views on the north beach. Lastly Mark was great to work with. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

Wonderful get away

What a beautiful home, spectacular view and access to the most gorgeous crystal clear blue water we’ve ever seen. Sailbeach was clean and well appointed, with everything we could possibly need or want for our stay. And when we had a minor medical emergency, the Spanish Wells on-call nurse listed in the guide we were provided meet us on a Sunday and was thorough and so nice! We were impressed. We’ll definitely be back to the island and this house.

Spanish Wells New Years '24

This is our third year in a row to Spanish Wells, and our first staying at Sailbeach. The property was amazing and truly put the experience over the top! The house was immaculate and well outfitted, and the location and setting are unmatched. Couldn't be more perfect for a family vacation. Mark is a responsive and gracious host. Great vacation home!

I want to give this a bad review so that the house is available anytime we want to go, but that wouldn’t be kind to Mark who was an amazing host. The house is as listed if not better and in a great location. We had our 2.5 year old and 8 month old, and they loved playing in the water, seeing stingrays, starfish, and shells right in front of the house. The locals on the island are incredibly welcoming and Mark pointed us to some great spots. We had an amazing time.

We stayed at Sail Beach for 5 nights on Spanish Wells and by far had the best time! The listing is very accurate. We had 4 adults and 5 children(13 and under) The house has everything you need and more, the owner truly thought of everything. We hope to book this same place the next time we return to Spanish Wells.

Perfect yet again

This is our second time staying at this house and everything about the place is perfect and Mark makes everything easy and detailed as can be. The only thing that needs to be added is a ladder for the sea wall but other than that it’s the best house on the island!!!!

Paradise found

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Sailbeach! This was our second trip to Spanish Wells (first at Sailbeach) and it did not disappoint! The house was so well appointed and communication with the owner was great. Everything was thought of to make sailbeach a great vacation rental and we were so impressed with how well maintained it was! One could never grow tired of the view from the house! Phenomenal Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sail Beach in June. There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) and the house was perfectly suited for our size group. The kitchen was well appointed, the house was clean and organized, and the location was stellar, especially being right next to beach access. We spent many mornings just enjoying the huge sandbar outside during low tide. Mark was very easy to work with, and easy to communicate with. None of us wanted to leave! We hope to return soon!

We loved staying at SailBeach! The house is charming and has amazing hardscaping to really enjoy the view. Speaking of, the view is really unbeatable. I just couldn’t stop staring at the water. Beach access was easy with a boat ramp next to the house. The tide comes in high and quickly goes out to low. Mark was very communicative and professional. We will definitely be coming back to Spanish Wells, and hopefully to Marks house!

Excellent Beach House

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Sailbeach. The location cant be beat. We had excellent access to powder sand and crystal clear water. The beach was shallow quite a ways out in to the ocean and perfect for snorkling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. It was perfect for 8 and 4 year old. The house was clean and well stocked. That view out the front is worth the trip to Spanish Wells. Locals were fantastic and friendly. Highly recommended for a secluded beach vacation.

Incredible!

Everything about Sailbeach is incredible. From being able to see the Sunrise AND the Sunset from the same area to the magnificently appointed 2 story house. The perfectly maintained grounds are inviting and the beach access is right next to it. Spanish Wells is a quaint area with all that you really need to have a relaxing vacation. We will back. All of the descriptions in the listing are very accurate.

A slice of heaven

What a wonderful experience we had from start to finish! The house and property were impeccable. The view was perfect. The care and upkeep that has been put into this property is evident everywhere. This was our second stay on Spanish Wells and assuming we return, it will be to this house. This trip was my husband, me, and my mom. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful beach house

This has been one of the most beautiful houses we have rented and extremely clean. Everything about the booking process and our stay was perfect and smooth. Mark is awesome, very attentive and helpful, even after we left he was willing to help us when our flight got canceled. The house has everything you need and it’s nicely located. The views are breathtaking and the house is just lovely. We’ll definitely come back to this house highly recommended!!! I wish l could give Mark and his beautiful house more than 5 stars!!!

Absolute Perfection

Stayed at Sail Beach for a week with my two best friends. We are 3 spoiled, middle aged women and we had a glorious time and have zero complaints. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the view was incredible from almost every spot in the house, and it was extremely clean and comfortable. Mark responded to our questions within minutes, every time. The house is located right on the beautiful turquoise water. We walked the beach and the incredible sand bar every day. The beauty of the water here is indescribable. Highly recommend this house. Great spot for multiple families as well smaller groups. Plenty of room.

The most Amazing place!

We loved this house. The view is amazing and it feels secluded. The island and the people were great. The Owner of this property was so helpful and polite we had one issue where I locked myself out and he jumped right on it to help us. Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Thank you so much Mark for sharing your home. I will say depending on your cell service you may not have cell phone service. Mine only worked the first couple of days. Their is a house phone for local calls but I tried not to use it unless necessary. We can’t wait to come back and bring the rest of the family.

One AMAZING House

10 days of bliss in Spanish Wells over Christmas. My family of six stayed at the top-tier property known as Sailbeach. This oceanfront house is awesome. The open floor plan downstairs and giant windows gave us ocean views from every angle. The coolest sand bar we have ever seen arcs out into the ocean (like a rainbow) just off the back porch. The house is super clean and incredibly well organized. Mark is an incredible host who has thought of everything. The kitchen had all of the utensils one desires. We cooked dinner most nights. Mark is also super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We rented a golf cart to scoot around the island. The people are so friendly. We took a full day boat ride with Captain Ryan, tons of fun. The proximity of the house to the ocean gave us no reason to seek a different beach each day. Mark has two paddle boards and a handful of kayaks that keep the kids busy. The VRBO pictures are accurate, yet one doesn’t fully appreciate the insane view (180 degrees of ocean) from the website. This house and Mark’s clearly thoughtful approach to hosting earns our highest recommendation. We would return in a heartbeat.

Everything was above par, this has to be the absolute best hose to rent in Spanish Wells. A friend who lives there recommended it to us, and it was the perfect location, the home, beds facilities everything was immaculate, very well thought out, it had everything we needed and more. The local knowledge the owners provided was spot on as well.Wish we could have stayed longer.
