About this property

Step from your porch onto the soft white sand & crystal clear water.

  • Rake n Scrape is a quaint bungalow on the beautiful two mile long beach of Spanish Wells. Evoking the feel of an old beach cottage but with modern amenities like air conditioning, TV and wifi. Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour on your private deck overlooking the water, listening to the sound of the waves washing on the shore. You won't want to leave!
    Many guests say they enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower so much they even used either of the indoor showers! The water is so clear with a soft, white sandy bottom that is perfect for swimming or using the included kayaks and paddle boards. In the heart of the quaint lobster fishing town of Spanish Wells, food and liquor stores are very walkable, but we recommend renting a buggy (golf cart) to explore the island and adjoining Russell Island. Lounge chairs, kayaks and paddle boards are included.
