    Experience country living with modern comforts. Nestled on a half acre, our 1950s cottage farmhouse offers beautiful sunset views off the back porch with 2 driveways. One large enough for a truck/boat or Uhaul.

    Enjoy the fire pit on cool nights, while watching the sunset over the meadow.
    Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, spacious living areas, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to six guests.

    Only 10 minutes from downtown Sparta and one mile from a local hiking trail.

The cottage was absolutely charming and cozy. Had everything u need for a relaxing stay. Very peaceful area. Was greeted by a bunch of horses across the street. The price was an added bonus, much cheaper than a hotel room. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay! The home was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made our stay even easier. Communication was great throughout, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
