"Functional hotel, booked as it was pet friendly and wanted to visit the top via the gondola! There’s a cafe/bar, but we chose to drive into town for dinner. Couldn’t find a way to turn the heating up in the room, seemed to be centrally managed.. and could have possibly been a tad warmer. Staff were nice, but had to try and find someone to check us in as even though directed to the cafe, the staff member there was clueless about the hotel. All in all, was fine for a one night stay and was very quiet which was a plus."

"Large, clean bedrooms. Bar area good. Breakfast ok, but don't leave it till later as the food items are not replenished. Hotel perfectly situated for bars, restaurants and shops. Train station 2 mins from front door. Staff all pleasant"

"A wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Scotlands most beautiful area, Glencoe. Rooms are perfect and an excellent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. Great location next to shopping and a great community center. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The room was very out dated and dirty. The sheets had hair on them. There was no shower only a tub but there was no hot water anyways. There was no heat. Someone was singing or praying very loud at about 11 oclock at night. No elevator and we wrre on the 3rd floor. Awful!!!!! "

"Room spotless, public areas lovely, exterior and views beautiful. Staff courteous & friendly. Could change their way of dressing though. Very casual & looked like other guests. We had a lovely stay."
