"So glad we picked this Hyatt to stay at. After reading the reviews, they were spot on. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt comfortable and at home. The staff was very friendly, lobby was clean, the room was spotless and comfortable, hallways clean and quiet, elevators were even clean. We did stay on the 5th floor as I don’t like people above me. But there was a family next door to us and we never heard any noise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!!"

"The good - I disagree with many of the reviews I read. I thought the staff was amazing. We stayed 2 nights, saw many different workers, all were very friendly and helpful. Condition of some things aside, I believe our room and common areas were as clean as they could be. The bed was clean and comfy, our fridge etc worked. The staff seems to be doing the best they can with what they are dealt. I didn’t see any of what reviews are calling homeless people or anything unsafe. It’s not a secret that doors locked at midnight. There was staff at the desk ready to let us in, non issue. Breakfast was good, the basics, cereal, bagels etc. I liked that they had donut holes and mini muffins The bad - The hotel could definitely use some repairs. It’s not in great shape. There was a hole in our shower ceiling from a prior leak or something, our vanity was held up by like 2x2 sticks and the caulk job prob wasn’t professional. It seemed like they have no budget for repairs and someone is doing what they can. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again, but just fyi. I waited too long to book for van andel, this was avail and not $600. I paid more than an average night and I’m not upset about it. It’s 6 min away. It did what I needed, a place to sleep, shower, free parking and free breakfast. There’s also a gas station next door, I always need drinks etc. Win IMO If you’re looking for fancy or perfect definitely stay somewhere else. "

"it is by far the best hotel experience my mom and i have ever had we were treated very nicely and very professional. when we got to our room it was extremely clean and very comfortable for us both. a hundred percent gonna be going there more often."
