Quiet cabin in gated community. Easy to find, codes worked, bigger than we expected (there was a loft)! We enjoyed the view, the comfy rooms, the kitchen, and the hot tub!
We arrived around midnight and check right in thru the main gate. The property was in a beautiful area where horses were in a field and cabins sorrounded that field. The cabin was in great condition. There were 4 of us hiking the mammoth march.
Piney creek cabin exceeded our expectations. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful. Property owner was wonderful.
The cabin was overall great! It could have been a little cleaner, but it was still comfortable. It was a perfect location to stay if you’re there to visit the falls. The view of the horses, horse stable and pond were beautiful, especially during the sunset! My only regret is that I didn’t fish that pond. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Thank you for offering your accommodations! We were there for the traithalon and the convenience was great. The views were so peaceful and calming and the sunset was beautiful. The house had everything we needed and the check in and check out was so easy! Looking forward to our next visit!
The cabin was really cute and the scenery around us with quiet and very private. We loved watching a movie while hanging out in the hot tub. We went to Fall Creek Falls and walked around, which was close to the cabin. We would suggest better toilet paper, and more cooking pans and pots if you are doing alot of cooking. The couch upstairs may need replacing, it kinda sinks in when you sit on it, but other than that everything was great. We had a great weekend.
We stayed Friday and Saturday night. We hiked all day Saturday. The inside of the cabin worked perfectly for 4 women to stay and be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of towels/ linens. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the outside area. Bats reside on the front porch and leave their droppings. The back table and chairs need a good cleaning. The hot tub worked perfect and was clean!
Cabin was nice, high ceiling, lights, loft upstairs was perfect for games and watching movies. The first day we didn't have water and contacted the property manager. The issue was fixed and no problem after. Kitchen is a little small for being a large cabin. The views are awesome and was pleasant seeing the horses every morning.

Piney Ridge cabin needs some upgrades
Overall the property is nice, sometimes getting through the security gate is tedious and the code doesn't always work. The cabin itself was nice- the kitchen trashcan is tiny and needs to be upgraded to larger, and the lighting is horrific- very dark. We found when we got there these properties are listed for sale, so maybe that is why they are being a little neglected. The land surrounding it is beautiful though and it's super convenient to the state park.
We had a wonderful stay with our dear friends visiting the area. Very comfortable beds and bedding (and I'm very particular), immaculately clean and quiet location with picturesque views over the horse pasture. The hot tub was already heated and running, and SO nice for an evening soak.
Excellent communication back from the property manager. We would have given perfect marks, except there were some annoying issues in the kitchen (stove bulb out, microwave handle broken, utensil drawer missing needed items.)
But again I want to emphasize the overall comfort in the home; central AC and heat was great as well. We had no issues with mice or bat guano as others mentioned. We very much appreciated our stay!

Everything was wonderful close to Fall Creek Falls
Grandkids enjoyed feeding the horses
I booked this particular place for my daughter 4th birthday. I wanted to give her a peaceful experience, as well as myself. I received all that plus some visiting this place. Very quiet, preserved, reserved. The host was nothing short of amazing. Any inquiries, she answered promptly. I would highly recommend if you want to getaway from the noise!!
We enjoyed our stay, we celebrated our 18th anniversary and had a great time. The hot tub is a great amenity and the property is well cared for and beautiful. The loft is very comfortable for relaxing in the evening.
This was an excellent place to stay for my family of 4. We loved hot tub. Fed hay to the horses and tried to catch a few fish in the nearby pond. Although we had some nibbles and could see them we couldn’t manage to catch the bluegill. The cabin had a nice homey feel.
This was a cozy house to stay at for a hiking weekend. The drive in was lovely and it was a short drive over to Fall Creek Falls state park. The upstairs loft was fantastic for visiting and games. The kitchen table was wobble and worrisome but it worked for a breakfast meals. My 10 month old son was with us and the space was perfect for him to crawl around and have a good time.
