"The exterior of the building and the welcome was fine, so is the carpet and bed but not the giant pillows. Bathroom walls and ceiling need paint. Nice thicker towels but thinner TP than most places. Difficulty opening and closing our door because of the humidity. Different breakfast every day. Not a good level experience to what I expect from Best Western Plus."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place in Bloomington! The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout my entire stay. I was especially impressed considering this was one of the busiest times of the year with college move-in happening. The hotel was very busy, and parking in the garage could be challenging at times with so many families and extra vehicles in town for move-in. Despite that, it didn’t take away from my overall experience. My room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to come back to after long days of moving in. I truly enjoyed my stay and really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the staff was during such a hectic weekend. I would definitely stay here again!"
