This hotel on the island of Spetses was amazing, every member of staff was attentive ensuring we had a pleasant time. The rooms are beautiful and in keeping with the historic architecture of the property with every single level of detail considered. The food was to a very high standard and restaurants again perfect. In addition the pool area was very relaxing and tastefully structured. We will definitely revisit the property without question.

Hotel was gorgeous! Staff were incredible… very sweet, polite and accommodating… in particular Katerina from reception, George and Gianni were fantastic with our luggage and everyone was superb Hotel was in a great location. Super clean ! Marina the evening cleaning lady was fantastic delicious food and extravagant breakfast and dinner

This is a beautiful old style Grand hotel which has been beautifully renovated. Breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the ferry port was very good. The staff were very helpful and were able to let us check in early. The concierge was able to talk us through restaurants and beaches for our short stay. We went to the beach club owned by the hotel on the other side of Spetses town which was great.

The setting is spectacular and it is a beautiful grand old hotel. Some of the furniture in the rooms needs to be updated. But it is gorgeous- especially front tooms with balcony.

I want to acknowledge Michaela at the concierge desk in particular. When we needed a boat for the day, she understood immediately that I required one fully protected from the glare, and she would not stop until she found it, entirely within our budget. She stayed a full extra hour working on this, with a genuine smile the whole time (still not sure how she managed both). She then walked us to the boat with water in hand, and was there to greet us again at the end of the day. That is not a job well done; that is care. We left the Poseidon feeling we had been guests of people who genuinely wanted us to be happy. We will remember it, and Michaela, for a long time. Highly, wholeheartedly recommended.

Great hotel, disappointing breakfast.

The front desk and concierge were fantastic! The bell staff and housekeeping were amazing! However the breakfast was pretty average and staff needs an upgrade.

The Poseidonion Grand hotel is a spectacular property with a fantastic location right next to the harbor at Dapia. We loved our room, the fantastic breakfasts and the amazing facility. The concierges were very helpful and friendly and helped me rent a motorscooter to tour the island with. My wife and I loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat.

I rarely leave reviews and have traveled all over the world. This hotel and island are both special. The staff is so warm and accommodating. Have a drink for happy hour on the front veranda and take in the refreshing sea air. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about my stay was exceptional — the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the hotel had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a great variety of fresh options. I also appreciated the convenient location and peaceful surroundings. I will definitely be returning!

Elegance of a bygone era with a gourmet restaurant and a warm and friendly staff. The concierge was incredibly proactive and helpful. The location could not be more convenient. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant’s new chef makes each dinner a culinary delight. Service was exceptional. This was our favorite hotel on the hidden gem of the Aegean. Like MacArthur, we shall return!
