Staff all go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience! In Italy when it’s cooler weather, they control the AC and they feel you don’t need it. Most hotels do the same. I asked if there was anything they can do because I like sleeping with cold ac regardless of the temperature outside. He first said nothing could be done but somehow the ac started to cool. The location is safe and wonderful and close to everything, no need to drive. Love all of it!

Very attractive location . Great front desk stuff especially Tara and Franchesco . Very good brekfast and walking distance to the main street plaza and harbor.

From the moment of arrival to leaving, we felt warmly looked after with exceptional attention. The hotel is in a wonderful position in that you do not need to use a car once you are there as everything is workable. Charming little Paradise on the edge of everything in Portofino.
