9.6/10 Exceptional! (622 reviews)
We had read so many wonderful reviews about this hotel and they were not wrong. From the moment you walked in the hotel staff were very helpful and continued to be for the week that we were there. The courtesy bus was great, took us to the station and from there we had our trips to Sorrento, Amalfi and Napoli.
The breakfast was very nice, the views were amazing from the rooftop of the hotel with a glass of morning fizz in hand! The restaurant in the evening in the hotel grounds was faultless, the food was amazing and the staff exceptional.
During the day the pool area was very calm, the lifeguard / pool attendant kept it spotless, he was a fountain of local knowledge.
Thank you, Medusa we had a wonderful time and would thoroughly recommend your beautiful hotel
