This updated stunning four bedroom, two bathroom home features a brand new high-end kitchen and two fully updated modern high-style bathrooms. This home comfortably sleeps eight guests in a 10-room, 2,495 square foot home. Configuration is 3-Queen Sized beds and two twin XL-sized beds.

Enter the foyer with a thirty-foot soaring ceilings and brass chandeliers, incredible turn-of-the-century woodwork with carved details. This home is an original historic property, built in 1915. Beautifully refinished original hardwood floors throughout. Impeccably appointed throughout with high-end, high-style furnishings for a unique stay & experience, unlike anything in this area.

The large living room/salon area features a 50-inch Smart TV and vintage record player with radio for entertainment. The large original picture window faces
out to beautiful Hill Avenue The huge formal dining room is perfect to host a formal sit-down dinner or special occasion. The dining table expands to comfortably seat ten.

Each bedroom has comfortable pillow-top beds with high-end 'hotel' high thread count linens. Each bathroom is appointed with the latest trends and full walk-in
showers. The large 'cook's kitchen, has every amenity for entertaining your group, with large sunny windows looking out to the backyard. Stainless steel appliances, hood vent & Silestone countertops, Vintage look farm sink. The updated kitchen opens to a large patio with outdoor seating, table & chairs, and an umbrella. Adjacent to the large kitchen is seating for 6-8 in the breakfast room area. Original built-in cabinets. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new cookware, utensils, knives, and plates, and silverware and glassware.

Located directly across the street from the Saint Marys Catholic church. Large yard for yard games or outdoor dining/tent. A quick few blocks and you are in downtown
Spirit Lake to visit the local coffee shop, breakfast at TOAST ( opening fall 2022), or retail shopping. Yoga studio, Nail salon, and Hair salon, are all within
very close proximity to this property. Quick access one block away to the Iowa Lakes Trails, which lead all over the lake region.

Easy access within minutes to Historic Arnolds Park attractions, Milford, Spencer areas. So much to do and see in this lively resort town. Concerts, events,
marathons, car shows, boat shows, a mecca for entertainment.

Great place to stay!!

This was a wonderful place to stay, the location is excellent, we had a family wedding at the church across the street and so this was super convenient. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is lovely. Off-street parking was nice since it snowed. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This home was spacious, gracious and just as advertised. Its porch swing, grill and large eat-in kitchen made it perfect for a Father's Day BBQ and a family reunion!

Great house!

Great house in a perfect location. Beautifully decorated. Front porch is amazing; we sat out there all the time. Owners were very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone want a place to stay in the IA lakes area.

This place was beyond our expectations. It was beautiful! So well supplied for all of our needs. The hosts made everyone feel special...such personal touches. There was an incredible storm that weekend, but any needs we had the hosts were able to accommodate immediately. We definitely would recommend staying here. We would love to revisit.
