"The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but the restaurant and breakfast fall short of expectations. The breakfast is inadequately prepared, the buffet is minimal, and the service varies greatly from that of the front desk. It doesn't quite feel like a Hilton Garden Inn, especially compared to our positive experiences with Hilton hotels worldwide. As a frequent traveler, I recommend skipping the breakfast here, as there's a Tim Hortons nearby with more variety and affordable prices."

"When we arrived we meant to meet our daughter and her children for dinner in the restaurant. However, it was closed. The hot tub didn’t work. When it started to rain we woke up to the roof leaking on our pillows. It was very early on check out day so we just left."
