Pros: the staff was friendly and the price was cheap. Cons: the room had a funky oder. The carpet was stained. The windows didn't have bug screens. There was only one working lamp in the room. The air conditioner was loud and shut off well before the room was cool. As mentioned elsewhere, the breakfast is granola bars, instant oatmeal packets, packaged chocolate muffins and coffee. Overall a poor experience.

Our roomed smelled like sour milk. The shower faucet was so bad you could get only really hot water or really cold water, it wouldn’t mix them. The pillows were big and hard and I was better off with no pillow at all. The bed itself was comfortable and the room we had was positioned in the building in a way it was fairly quiet.

It was spacious and warm. Met all of our needs for our trip and the staff was nice and accommodating. Out room had a pungent cigarette smell… but nothing some fabreeze couldn’t fix. Would definitely stay there again.

Apple Tree Inn, it was a old-vintage vibe. I can tell these used to be apartments. We rented a room that had 2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds. The layout was indeed spacious. It had a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, full refridgerator), the beds were not horrible (firm), clean. The property was not in a bad area of Spokane, quiet on the property. I will definitely go through them again with myself and my kids. The breakfast was basic (muffin, granola bar, hot cocoa, juice, water, coffee, oatmeal). Luckily, very close to a walmart, safeway, mcdonalds.

Really enjoyed the room it was huge, has 2 bedrooms. Full kitchen in total there were 5 beds. Great deal for such a huge room. Was pretty quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend. Appreciate that they were so patient with us, as we decided 3 days in a row to stay again at the literal last minute. The only thing that kind of bothered me was this one housekeeper, she could have been a little friendlier and she didn't need to stop whatever she was doing to just stare at us while we were packing up our car. She didn't crack a smile or even blink. But that's not going to stop us from coming back. Thank you for the great stay, clean rooms.
