This large home is the perfect gathering place for groups, sports teams, wedding parties, reunions and families with kids! Located near downtown Spokane, you will enjoy expansive views, a new hot tub, and a media room with an 85 in TV and arcade games. We have a level 2 Tesla charger (Gen 3)! The space has been meticulously designed and furnished with comfort and rest in mind. You will enjoy well appointed bedrooms with most being en suite. Extensive decks and patios allow enjoyment of the private outdoor setting. All of this and 5 min to downtown, Gonzaga and the hospitals.

The space is clean and contemporary with new furniture and a designers touch. Hardwood floors exist throughout the main floor and bedrooms are newly carpeted. Five full bathrooms will ensure that each guest will have easy access to be ready for each day. There is both a gas and wood fireplace to gather around and enjoy the company of your friends and family. Three large TVs exist throughout the house including an 85 inch TV in the media room . The media room also includes arcade games and a popcorn maker. There is extensive outdoor space with decks off of three of the bedrooms as well as a wrap around deck on the main floor. The lower level walks out to a large patio that includes and new hot tub. For warmer days, there is a large basket swing on the edge of the hill and an outdoor built in grill.

Family Reunion

Spectacular location overlooking the city! The host was very accommodating and checked in on us but not in an overnearing manner. We had plenty of room and activities when we were in the house and in the middle of everywhere we needed to be. I highly recommend this home to anyone and everyone who will be in the area!

Perfect fit for a Retreat!

This property is absolutely fantastic for a group of friends! We had a women’s retreat and stayed for 5 days in this spacious and ultra fun house. The host, Justin, went above and beyond with the few hurdles we had while there and is superb with communication! The house itself is unique in architecture and finishing touches. We all had our own bedroom & bathroom, embraced our inner child in the arcade room, indulged in the cool movie room and loved the views! Highly recommend!!

Family Celebration

It is so hard to get our large family together in one place that is kid friendly. This place really was perfect. Games for the kids, and other spaces for teens and adults to spend time together but still be able to be separately entertained. The hot tub was so relaxing with an amazing view of Spokane. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Amazing House -Great Views!

You will not find a better VRBO property in Spokane. Super clean and full of amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the 3 separate living room areas were a bit hit. If you are looking for a property where the owner has gone above and beyond, this is it!

A house that will never leave you bored

This place is AMAZING. My family and I stayed here and it was easily the best vacation rental I've ever had over the many years I've been doing this. The arcade room entertained all ages and everything in the house was top notch (not a bunch of cheap rental dishes or cookware). Plenty of beds for everyone and even the spare twin beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend this house if you're ever looking for a large place to host friends/family in Spokane

Weekend with Friends

Every April, a group we participate in holds a big event in Spokane and we have friends that come from Canada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah to attend. We have rented lots of houses over the year, but this one is by far the next for our large group. The amenities are great, the owner is easy to work with and speedy to respond to any questions or inquiries. And we really love how large the house is, in that it has lots of different areas to congregate so we can have a large group there and not be on top of each other. Highly recommend.

Wonderful House

Our stay here was fantastic. The house is great, with plenty of room for families or groups adults, and lots of entertainment in the basement. We loved the pinball machines. Everyone in our group commented about how comfortable the beds are; A+ there. Communication with the hosts was great. The kitchen was well stocked. If/when we return to Spokane we will definitely look to stay here again.

Great base for day trip adventures

We loved our stay and the location was fabulous for day trips all over Easter WA, Northern Idaho and Western Montana. Biked, hiked, swam, boated, rafted, biked- we did it all from this wonderful home with plenty of room for our 11 family member group. And homeowners were very helpful and responsive. We had a fantastic mini family reunion during our stay. The home is the most well-appointed rental we've stayed in over the years. They thought of everything!! It was super comfortable and had lots of fun things for the kids to do. Beds were very comfy...kitchen was well-supplied (even down to various types of coffee, tea, sweeteners!)...game room and hot tub were icing on the cake! Spokane Work Conference Stay

Four of my colleagues and I stayed in Spokane for a week on a work trip and we could not have asked for better accommodations. We like to have fun but also need enough space to work and have our own privacy. This property could not have been more perfect to fit our needs and kept us comfortable and entertained the whole trip. The owners were very communicative and helpful, and we simply had zero issues. We only grew more and more impressed with all the place had to offer as the week went on.

A secluded oasis of fun!

The house and the grounds are beautiful and well appointed. The main floor is perfectly suited for a large family gathering because of the proximity of the kitchen to rooms for chill time, a truly awesome game room, a large dining room, and access to the outside deck and patio. The daylight basement is also great for hanging out during the day or watching a movie at night. The ten of us really had a fantastic time for our 3 night stay and the amenities of the house were a big part of that. The proximity to downtown and popular places on the South Hill is good but I wouldn't consider it a "walkable" location. It really felt like a unique private oasis where "staying in" was more fun than any of us expected.

Conference stay with colleagues

First, the description is spot on, great place for us. Our group attended a conference at the convention center and this Vrbo was a scant 10 minutes away. The spacious home allowed our group of colleagues to kick back and relax in the evening with games, grilling, and relaxing in the hot tub that looks over the city. We even had the opportunity to see a turkey roost in one of the trees. The property is modest in its description. The bedrooms were all spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. And views all around. This was great for our attendance at the conference and an informal company retreat. It would also be great for a family gathering or golf outing. Five stars + !!

Beautiful views of Spokane !!

We stayed at this location in the month of January (my eldest daughter was having her 40th birthday).. She and her husband and children stayed with us along with 3 of her siblings and it was perfect !! Everything is better than described or pictured in listing !! The extra cots came in handy and all the singles had their own bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and the game room was a Big hit (especially because the weather wasn’t very good) Soooo much space!! Great hot tub. Popcorn machine in basement is a nice touch along with the treat basket and bottle of wine left by host. Justin is very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. Highly highly highly recommend this location for a large family gathering.

A superb family property

We rented this property for a family gathering and it could not have been better. Our host, Justin, has created a spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated home with all the amenities. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and great linens. The kitchen had an abundance of cookware and place settings that made it easy to prepare meals for 12. Since we had 5 kids 4-11 years of age, the arcade room was a huge hit. It turned out to be a rainy weekend but the kids never missed a beat with all the games they could play. And the massive side-yard swing still got plenty of use. The decks with heaters, patio with fire pot and hot tub meant we never had to leave to find something else to do. This host does it right, from a welcoming bottle of wine and snacks to large screen TVs and warm and personal hospitality. There is simply nothing to critique negatively here. It was ideal!

Ultimate Vacation Rental!!!

We recently stayed at Justin and Abbey's Spokane mansion and it was perfect for our group! The house is large and accommodated several families comfortably. We chose this option for a youth basketball tournament instead of booking several hotels. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Spacious and private rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful backyard for the kids to play in. The arcade was definitely a hit! Our kids and even the adults had a blast playing in it! The hottub was clean and another nice added amentity. There is a movie theatre room downstairs that is so cozy and unique! It was so nice being able to stream some of the other basketball games so our kids could watch other games while still resting. There was a nice welcome basket in the kitchen, with snacks and extra bathroom toiletries which was very thoughtful! One of our guests forgot their toothbrush and was very grateful for this!There are several different sitting areas in the home, with television, which was nice with a big group. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There were plenty of towels for all of us, even while using some for the hottub. All of the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Justin was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Host was responsive anytime we had a question and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Great house for groups that have kids

Our family was in town for a high school baseball tournament and we chose this place for several of the families on the team. It was perfect and kept everyone entertained between the arcade, pool table and theatre room. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a spot to host several families.
