    Near Downriver golf course and Audubon park! This charming, safe neighborhood is great for walking or any kind of transportation! People are friendly and the DownRiver Grill and Flying Goat are walking distance away!



    Getting Around:

    - Less than 10 minutes to downtown Spokane, I-90, restaurants and entertainment.

    - 30 minutes to Silverwood.

    - 14 minutes to Spokane International Airport

    The fireplace is prohibited from being used.
