Great Stay
We had an excellent experience at the Pinecone Ct property. Comfortable beds, well stocked with amenities, and loved the four person hot tub. The neighborhood is nice & very quiet. We would stay here again.

The property was very nice and had a LOT of room for a large group. The beds were very comfortable! The location was great and we had easy access to all of the Spokane area. Rick was very helpful and checked on us when we arrived!

A Christmas Visit
The property was as advertised. It was neat and very clean. We enjoyed the awesome Christmas lights and decorations in the neighborhood where the home was located. The wild turkey and deer in the neighborhood were neat and fun to watch. The items we did not like were the beds (two used) were very hard and not comfortable. The hot tub was truly only sized for two or three adults due to leg room and the main seating of the tub has it facing the house instead of the yard and beautiful stars. The hot tub should be turned 180 degrees at a minimum. It lost temperature very quickly in the cold weather. There was no full size ironing board and the little travel board was a nightmare to use for shirts and pants. There was no tv in the upstairs living room to see the news while enjoying morning coffee and having to traverse stairs to movie room and back for refills was not convenient.

Family friendly
This was a lovely home in a beautiful location of Spokane/Mead I’ve never been before! The nearby park was an unexpected gem for local family we were visiting, and the home was a quiet respite in a full and loud weekend elsewhere. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked, I even managed to make jam in the kitchen with some of the 25lbs of blueberries we picked locally! We would absolutely stay here again, it was marvelous.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and we all enjoyed the lovely backyard. The house was conveniently located on the northside of Spokane, close to shopping and outdoor activities including the Little Spokane River and Greenbluff. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean house with lots of space and comfortable beds
Overall this house was a great place to stay and neighborhood was nice. House was very clean! The entertainment room was great for movies. We enjoyed the fire pit and the 4 person hot tub. Kitchen is easy to use making group meals and fairly stocked with pots and pans. Bring your own spices if you plan to cook. House is a older and a perfect retro property thats been remodeled. Perfect for couples. The house is located a bit north of town. About 30 minutes out from Arbor Creek winery events . If your needing winery transportation from the house to the winery I recommend using the taxi service and scheduling ahead. Home is also very close to local and state parks. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by.

Great place
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Very nice to have so much space for everyone. Loved the hot tub with the kiddos. The only con we had was the water pressure in the downstairs bathroom shower. Would totally recommend this place to others.

Pinecone house was centrally located for my family to stay for our mother/ grandmothers celebration.
The house was large enough for 8 adults with everyone/ couple to have their own room. The spring weather is always unpredictable for outside activities but my son loved the hot tub. The TV room was great for the guys to watch baseball. Would stay again for a family gathering. Kathy H.

PERFECT HOUSE WITH AMAZING MEDIA ROOM
This house was AMAZING!!!! It has a media/theater room that is so perfect for families and kids. Our kids literally spent every second in the media room. The house was exactly as described, clean, and had everything a group would need. The property manager, Rick, was super responsive and so easy to work with. The stay was literally perfect for our group and especially for the kids. Would recommend 110%!!

We were in Spokane for a wedding and there was plenty of room for all eight of us to get ready without bumping into each other. It was very comfortable and we took advantage of the Theater Room a couple times and the Hot Tub. Quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. We would stay here again if in Spokane.

Weekend Getaway
This was a nice quiet property in a lovely area of Spokane. The house is very clean and it had plenty of bedrooms, but just a couple of bathrooms. We did not use the hot tub or fire pit due to being so busy while we were there, but they are nice add ons. Easy location to get to. Also, there is plenty of dishes and we were grateful for the coffee supplies (not many places to do) and the coffee was good! Thanks for the use of the house!

Needs to update pictures and description some
The house is fine. Some of the furnishings are dated but it's nothing I wouldn't rent it for. The biggest issue I have is the pictures. The outside front of the house was taken MANY years ago. The "views" are nothing special at all. It's a neighborhood. You see the neighbors. The hot tub jets didn't function properly. And the yard maintenance was really lacking. Lots of weeds in all of the beds and not appealing.

After (above) guest comments posted, we completed MAJOR REMODELING of this home. (Both inside and out). Below is a partial list of home improvements... 1. BRAND NEW ($7,000) SPA/HOT-TUB purchased and installed!- 2. KITCHEN REMODELED: Includes new fixtures and appliances. 3. NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS installed.- 4. NEW BATHROOMS: White Granite-top vanities, new modern ceramic flooring and new Kohler toilets installed.- 5. NEW LANDSCAPING company hired. Lawns mowed every Wednesday during season.- 6. New pictures hung and new furniture purchased.- SUMMARY: We are very pleased with our new improvements now completed for PINE RIVER HOUSE. Thank you.

Our first impression on entering was the absolute cleanliness of the house. The bedrooms were comfortably large and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessaries and was easy to navigate. There was lots of light throughout for us to sew and relax. The theater was a very fun bonus.

Great place for a big family
This was a great place to stay. We had everything a family of seven needed. There was enough space., the house was clean and taken care of. The jacuzzi was clean and hot. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The room off of the kitchen was great with the big windows to watch the kids playing in the back yard. It was also great to sit at the firepit and catch up. The kids loved the downstairs theater... A truly restful, homey vacation for our family. We would definitely stay here again. The owner/manager was professional and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed.

We rented this house to celebrate graduation & Mothers Day. The interior of the house was a bit dated but did work for us with the number of bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, hot tub & size of dining table. We love to be outside and booked this house with the idea of enjoying the backyard fire pit, games & relaxing based on the listing pictures. The backyard needs some attention - dead grass, weeds & broken fence. The backyard was disappointing. We did have a fun weekend.

Great home for family gathering
Traveling with my 90 year old parents, we met my 89 year old aunt and my cousin from Montana. The house was so cozy. It gave them plenty of time to catch up. The stairs were a bit of a problem for them. But they stayed upstairs and it worked out fine. All Beds were super comfortable. Only isssue was the very small shower downstairs. Very little room to move around. Other than that, a great place/

We had a wonderful time. Laughing, eating, playing games. Lots of bedrooms for everyone. Hot tub was fun. Theater was very comfortable. Had some challenges with only 2 bathrooms and 8 women. Good get away location. Very relaxing. Does need better knives in the kitchen though. Very dull and inadequate. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, baking pans, pots and pans, and silverware. Very large refrigerator/freezer. Ideal for a large group.

Great experience!
It was a bit older than I assumed from the pictures online. In all though, it served the purpose of the rental. It was fun to hang around the fire playing the guitar and the house has a lot of space and is kept very clean. Very enjoyable time!

Wonderful Winter Week
This place was great for my family and I to use as a retreat during the holiday week. The hot tub was amazing to have to use while the snow slowly fell. I just wish we could have been able to get the firepit to work, although I believe the the low temps might have had something to do with it. The downstairs theatre was a great amenity as well for us to catch up on all the stuff we couldn't during the busy holiday season. With most state dining services shut down due to COVID, we also made use of the kitchen and bbq as a social area to chat and make group meals. The only thing I would mention to the next tenant is to not rely on the stovetop vent in the kitchen to provide you with any support while you cook, as there is no exhaust pipe above the the stove that vents outside. Not a big deal if you just crack a few windows or pivot to bbq'ing in the snow, which we had no problem doing. All in all, it was a great stay and I couldn't say enough positive things about the prompt communication that the hosts provided during our stay. They were attentive to our needs and were even able to get us back up and running with the hot tub after it needed a quick water change. Thanks again Maria!

Lovely location that suited our needs perfectly. Teens could play their video games downstairs, adults could visit upstairs or relax in the hot tub. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. I would rent this location again!

A hidden paradise in a quiet neighborhood
We ABSOLUTELY loved this spacious home. The 5 bedrooms are very large and comfortable. There is plenty of room and it has a large bonus room with a movie theater. What a great kitchen and deck, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The backyard is HUGE with a lovely hot tub and firepit. Its located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood near Deer park. We received excellent communication from the owner and they even have chocolates too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL HOME.

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. All 7 ladies slept comfortably. The extra touches of chocolate and coffee fixings were very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. We highly recommend this well taken care of home.
