Automatic adjustable beds. Quiet neighborhood with private yard. Close to downtown Spokane and 2 blocks from Spokane Transit bus route. Approved dogs are welcome with a pet deposit. NO CATS Fully fenced yard for dogs. All 1 level rancher. Super fast Wi-Fi for all devices streaming. Smoking is allowed outside only 4:20 friendly outside only.
Northern Quest Casino and all the concerts and entertainment like Snoop Dogg, Tony Orlando, Pitbull, ZZ Top and Styx along with many others. Spokane has become a destination town with Hoopfest, Bloomsday, State B basketball and many other events. Gonzaga, EWU, Whitworth, WSU, Uof Idaho. Silverwood in Athol Idaho and 40 min from Coeurd'alene, Idaho.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If you brought a dog please clean up all poop in the yard an put in the outside brown garbage can.

Please gather and wash all towels on heavy duty cycle. Load all dishes and start dishwasher on heavy duty cycle.

In the summer shut off all air conditioner and fans. In the winter turn the heat down to 55. Shut off tvs and all lights.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE IN BACKYARD AT FIREPIT ONLY AWAY FROM ALL OPEN WINDOWS AND DOORS. EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY IF SMOKE IS DETECTED INSIDE
