"Housekeeping was not up to par. It took over 4 hours to get clean towels. Mirror was not cleaned. Cables were strung along the ceiling in the hallway on the West wing 7th floor. Furniture needs updating. Food was great also the decor of the dining area and the lounge was great. Will stay again."
