"Despite all the issues the fires in Spokane were causing I can’t praise the staff enough on the amazing work they were doing to help everyone out. I didn’t meet one staff member that wasn’t polite and very helpful given the fact the hotel had lost power and all there computer systems."

Second, was the breakfast was not inside the property and I booked for family of five that is two adults and three children but they are giving us just two coupons for breakfast and I was spending extra 40 dollars each day to buy breakfast for the kids. ..."

"Carpeting was filthy. Windows were dirty. Elevator dirty. Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was at capacity due to fires in Spokane. They were kind about allowing pets with no additional fees. Could you a massive clean!!"

"Great location! Very clean and stocked kitchen. Very short walk to the water which is great for swimming and floating. Boat slip was an overpriced and I think should have been included in the rate. Less square footage than we expected from the pictures. Overall a great stay."
