"Staff very welcoming. Place is a restaurant and B&B. Wonderful breakfast! Parking convenient. Not a walkable Location l, but very convenient drive to Spoleto. I had a private room off the main house, only issue was the bathroom was dated but still clean and functional. Gorgeous view of the lower valley."
