"If you are checking in after six, definitely call (like your reservation will say). We did that and still waited for a half hour at the front desk with other parties to check in. It seems there's only one person on duty because we even tried calling to let someone know we were there waiting and nobody answered. Poor water pressure, room wasn't very clean, and even though we booked a room with a sofa bed they told us we may not have linens in the room for it and if we didn't, they had no extras to give us. (Luckily we did.) It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had but it was enough that I wouldn't return. "

"Beth at the front desk was a gem! My family and I were coming in from out of state to visit Sight and Sound. I called and asked if there was any way we could check in a little early to be able to freshen up beforehand and drop our bags off. When I initially called the room wasn’t ready but Beth took my number and said she would call back after she spoke to Housekeeping and to let me know if one room could be ready (we had two booked). Within 30 min she called to let us know it was ready! We headed to the hotel right away and by the time we got there the other room was ready. She was pleasant to speak to, helpful with plans we had coming up and handled check in quickly. Would highly recommend this hotel! Oh, and breakfast was tasty also. It was clean and well stocked! "

"The charming house was perfect for our girls get away. We enjoyed the roomy living room, the hot tub and the fire pit. The location was just a short drive from downtown and the Apple Theater. It was very inviting and clean. I recommend this rental for any group. "
