"I found hotel Rene online and it looked to good to be true but in fact it was!!! The staff is amazing and super attentive to everyone’s needs. Each morning we were served an INCREDIBLE breakfast by the water. The pool overlooking the sea is beautiful and never gets old. Our room was clean and had a beautiful porch with a place to hang our wet clothes and sit down. The bed was incredibly comfortable and they provided us with many extra blankets to make us feel at home. Sitting by the pool we ordered a great lunch and drinks and felt like we could stay there all day. It is only a 10 minute walk into town and provides a sanctuary from the busy town. While the walk was short, it is definitely steep so good to bring sneakers. All together, absolute paradise. Highly recommend. "

"Beautiful place! Mosquitoes arrived in full force at about 7 pm so the pool bar waitress served us dinner and drinks in the indoor lounge area. So lovely! "

"The property was beautiful, quiet and very accommodating to my wife and I. Anything needed or requested was handled by the staff quickly and appropriately. Definitely 5 star hotel with all amenities needed. The staff were the nicest people in Athens who made us feel special. If you are thinking about staying here, book your room now you will not be disappointed."

"We had to seek emergency accommodation after the floods and were lucky to get a suite/room at the Somnia. Nobody had wifi so the owner couldn't tell if our booking was real or not but let us stay for longer than our booking until we could safely get off the island. The room was huge and had a dining and kitchen area too. He put his team in to emergency clean up mode as the island had flooded and there was a lot of mess and damage at the hotel at ground floor level. We had no running water or flushes but the owner and his partner were so helpful and kind when they were under immense stress and pressure. It was really sad to see the destruction. The location was great for the port, probably better than our main hotel booking (Punta) so we may book at this hotel next year."

"Great hotel with access to 2 small beaches, 1 large pool, 1 kids pool, great views and spacious rooms. The staff is super friendly and the hotel quiet large. They could have done more with the space around the hotel."

"the entire resort was massive 4 seperate beaches beautiful sunbeds, the rooms fully set for relaxation, rooms on ground level had there own pools to the rooms rooms on first level had a larger balacony with spa staff could not do enough for there quest also having our own rental car made it so much easier to get around when we wanted to, i will come back here again 10 out of 10 for me. "

" The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast hour is an enjoyable experience. There is an attractive swimming pool and poolside bar. Management is friendly and attentive. I am happy to recommend this hotel. "
