"My stay at 3 Palms was great all the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything from the room to the pool was better than you could imagine. This was my second time here and will definitely make it again."

"Had a nice stay. Agree with other reviews that inside was dated, but clean. Stayed here because of the southwest feel. The pool is absolutely not heated and was freezing, thank goodness the hot tub was working. they had a nice little area that you could roast marshmallows and have s’mores. Grounds are very pretty but bushes and trees are way overgrown and block the view of the mountain. at Gringos the free breakfast was good and the happy hour specials were reasonable and tasty. you are approximately a 15 minute Uber ride to the center of Tucson. overall would give it 3.75 stars . If pool was heated and rooms had updated floors and a little fine-tuning of the landscape to make the mountains more visible , this could be a 4 1/2 star property."
