"Location was a good area of town. All the staff we interacted with were very nice. Breakfast was a good variety of foods. Bedrooms were a comfortable size and layout, and the closets were ideal for storage. The pool area and the grounds were well-maintained. The dishwasher was not well mounted, and some edges of doors and drawers were worn. We had young children we hoped to bathe in the bathtub, but the half of the glass tub door that was glued in place was on the faucet side, making it difficult to do so."

"This is a fantastic property! It's still locally owned and managed by the best staff. The prices are reasonable, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the property well maintained. You won't find a swanky jazz lounge in the lobby, but you're guaranteed to get a comfortable clean room with great ac and premium cable. Plus this is a fantastic location and has the warmest and most welcoming staff. I cannot recommend Flamingo Suites enough!"

"I liked the area for mountain views and restaurants, stores nearby, and breakfast offered. However, the images posted online do not match on-site upon arrival. The lobby has old furniture, smells musty, paint chipping away on ceiling. The entire property requires remodeling, new beds, taller toilets, bathrooms outdated, room booked had 1 bed that looked like a canoe and beds not comfortable. Room also smelled like animal urine. Only stayed 1 night and canceled 2nd night. Also patio furniture is faded and torn, and same issue around the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful but I will not be booking at this resort again. Thank you"

"This is our 3rd stay at this property and the experience is consistently fantastic!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast has always been fresh and the choices are great!! Two of our visits were holiday weekends and even though it appeared the place was full I didn’t hear anyone above us or in the rooms next door. The location says at the Tucson Mall it’s actually a few blocks away so not all the crazy Mall traffic but the convenience of shopping and all the restaurants and coffee shops are less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!"
