"Pros: Es wurde an alles gedacht, auch an die Kinder wie, Kinder-Teller, Kinderbesteck, Hochstuhl, Tritt im Bad. Auch für den Hund wurde gesorgt, ein Hundekorb mit zwei Decken Näpfe und sogar ein abtrockene Handtuch. Es war auch alles sehr sauber. Und was man auch erwähnen muss, für die Kinder gab es eine kleine Süßigkeit auf deren Betten, eine Flasche Wasser stand bereit und Kaffee gab es umsonst. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Excellent location. Super helpful staff. The restaurant has great food. We got an actual room key! We stayed in the older part of the hotel (circa 1640). Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The spa was a great find."

"Nobody there when we arrived. Booked a room through Hotels.com around 8-9 in the evening. Got confirmation thst we had a room waiting for us. When we got there, the reception was closed. No room for us. No information when we booked that this was the case. The confirmation email says welcome to your room, all is good. Very bad experiance. Had to drive a lot more, 2 motorcycle, rain and late at night to find a place where the Staff actually also work in the evening!!!"

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience "
