"The restroom conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. Additionally, the water park was significantly overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the limited meal options, subpar service, and poor bathroom conditions, the pricing is not justified. Definitely looking for other options for our next trip."

"Our AC unit did not have high cool the actual temperature in the room was 78* F even though we had it set to 60* F the whole 2 days. We let front desk know about and they didn’t have any technician to check it out. I understand that the building is being renovated but the guest should be able to rest comfortably."
