"I saw the hotel was rated 9.4. I have never stayed anywhere that was rated that high, I was sceptical. It really is a 10, low cost, new, clean, smiling/engaging employees, breakfast and dinner. I can't figure out how they do it, best hotel I've ever stayed at in my 67 years."

"This property is in serious need of renovation and does not match the condition shown in its online photos. It feels outdated and dingy throughout. During our stay, there was a flooding issue in the main lobby, which only added to the overall poor impression. The restroom artwork had broken frames and visible water damage, and the faucets were worn and faded. The bedding was heavily used, and the overlay blankets were covered in pilling and looked old and unclean. The décor and flooring throughout the property appear neglected and overdue for replacement. The only positives were the friendly staff and the indoor pool, which the kids enjoyed—but overall, the condition of the hotel falls well below expectations."
