Getting Around:

A car is recommended, as this lakeside home is best enjoyed with the freedom to explore. Watts Bar Marina and local boat ramps are just minutes away, and Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Nashville are all within a comfortable drive for day trips. McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville) is the closest major airport, roughly an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

Lake views are seasonal and may vary depending on time of year and foliage. This is a peaceful residential area, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings. The home is not directly on the water — guests will want a car to access the marina, boat ramps, and lake activities.
