With four bedrooms featuring three queen beds and two twin beds, everyone can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. There is also a pull-out couch in the lower level! The three bathrooms include both a bathtub and / or a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Guests will appreciate the spacious driveway and car port cover for parking your boat. Enjoy amazing views of the lake, watch and listen to wildlife, and unwind.
    Boat ramp, fishing pier, and Spring City Marina sit at the back of the property. Nick’s Lakeside Bar and Grill is also located at the Marina. There are plenty of things to do in the area from Local Parks, Fishing on Watts Bar Lake, hiking, or visiting the many historical areas. Heating and AC keep the home cozy year-round.
