"I didn't like that there was no fan in the bathroom, 2 of the lamps in my room didn't work and the coffee maker was missing the tray that holds the coffee bag. The staff was excellent though and brought me a replacement lamp and coffee maker. The staff member that came to my room was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated her pleasant and helpful attitude. Sometimes things go wrong and that can't be helped but to have a helpful, kind staff member that is willing to fix the problems makes all the difference. I am happy with my stay. I would stay here again. Thank you!!"
