"Beautiful grounds, stunning views, filthy hotel room. Dirty walls, greasy remote, hand prints on the wall. We typically love Hilton vacation club properties, but this wasn’t it. Lovely historic building as soon as you drive in, unfortunately we chose not to stay there for the weekend. "

"This is a fabulous little hotel for families, we’ve been coming here for years and always return. Our children love the pool and splash pad, mini golf, and little playground. Colonial Williamsburg is accessible from the parking lot, it’s so fun to walk around without needing our car for the day. Convenient to Busch Gardens as well. This hotel is nostalgic and simple, we have wonderful family memories here and will choose Woodlands every time we are in Williamsburg. "

"We stayed for 1 night before heading to our final destination. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was okay but seemed to have more options than other hotels I’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
