"The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant they made my fiance and I feel at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen staff made sure everything was fresh and hot, and the housekeepers made sure we had clean towels daily. The hotel was very clean and organized. From Dani and John we want to give a huge thank you to Jeff the GM, Chris our bartender, and Kelly and E our front desk. You guys made our stay special with great conversation and laughter. Our next visit again will be at the Hyatt Nashville / Brentwood for sure. Thank you guys for everything. "

"Wonderful stay with children! The onsite breakfast is a huge plus, unfortunately, the pancake machine was inoperable which our kids were quite upset over and COFFEE, never had coffee available in the morning. That was rough with parents of 3 small children. Aside from that, workers were all phenomenal and accommodating. Location is very desirable and safe! Would stay again, potentially when outdoor pool is open for season! "
